Copy the video (Eg: http://www.dailymotion.com/user/thebollywood/video/x92j20_shadow-on-location_shortfilms) link and paste it there in the URL box given at the top of the site and press download. The video would be in FLV format. It's not neccessary for your system to have FLV player installed. You can get the FLV player downloaded from the same website (http://www.keepvid.com/).
